National Forestry, a BIG hit at Girl Power 2006 Author: Anonymous [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 16:49:07 02/26/06 Sun Laura spoke to 70 young ladies, ages 9-12, at Girl Power 2006 held at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta (Friday night). Since she is a Georgia 4-H Healthy Lifestyles Ambassador, she spoke on healthy eating and the importance of exercise...BUT, the theme of Girl Power was "Finding the Princess within us all". She wore her crown & sash as spoke to them about being a queen and about being in pageants. Then she spoke to them about health & exercise. Her presentation was taped for her TV show "What's New in Southwest Georgia?" Everyone really enjoyed it and afterwards she had to sign 70 autographs!!! CONGRATULATIONS LAURA ON A JOB WELL DONE!!!
