Subject: Laura Warren, Teen Miss US National Forestry to meet US Secretary of Agriculture Author: Anonymous [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 08:16:37 10/17/05 Mon Laura Warren, who is also a State 4-H Board Officer, will be meeting with US Secretary of Agriculture Mike Johanns at the Sunbelt Expo in Moultrie, GA on Tuesday. Mr. Johanns will be conducting an open listening session on future US farm policy at the Expo. He will be seeking public comments on farm policy and Laura has been chosen by 4-H officials to address one of the questions. Laura's platform is "Building Leaders through 4-H", and what better way to emphasize that leadership than by speaking to the US Secretary of Agriculture.
