Expo in Moultrie. US Secretary of Agriculture, Mike Johanns, listened to comments on farm policy that will aid in the 2007 Farm Bill. LAURA WAS AWESOME!!! She was the first to speak to a "standing room only" crowd. She addressed suggestions that would help new farmers trying to enter agriculture. Secretary Johanns took notes on several of her comments. Afterwards, Laura was interviewed by "Progressive Farmer" magazine. What an honor! Even representives from the Georgia Forestry Commission addressed the session. Laura did an OUTSTANDING JOB today!!!
