Having developed a brain tumor, this is what I came up with: I believe that the last scene of the preview is actually two different ones. e.) will refer to the 'Do you two always get this personal?' - 'Yes!'/'No!' part including the looks they exchange at the very end of the preview, f.) will refer to Sturgis' question 'Are you two involved with each other?' to which I think Harm is responding when he says 'Everyone who's ever been ...'.
