Harm's would look somthing like

Blank Line
000-00-0000 USN (Whatever his socical is
O POS (Blood type)
CATH (Religion)

This is what would be printed on Harm's tag's

Sarah's on the other hand would be printed a little differantly

MACKENZIE
SARAH A(MIDDLE INITIAL)OPOS(BLOOD TYPE) No spaces
123-45-6789(Social security number)
USMC(S)This letter referes to gas mask size S=sm M=med L=lg
CATHOLIC or whatever relgious prefrance
