Jackie, from military service to decades as an agent, highly classified and Secret information is never taken lightly. A ten page NSA non disclosure form is signed, as well as yearly back ground interview investigations, and polygraphs when needed. Disclosure of secret or above material is a felony which can land a leaker in Federal Prison for 5 to 15 years or foreign espionage a life sentence.

The members of the intelligence community and the U.S. Government who are continuing to violate the Espionage Act of 1917 by revealing unauthorized highly sensitive intelligence information in violation of their Non-Disclosure Agreement will continue unless the Justice Department impanels a Grand Jury to investigate the intelligence leaks by unnamed sources, who think they are above the law. They must all be prosecuted, convicted in federal court, and sentenced to "very long" jail terms, for leaking highly sensitive classified intelligence.

I understand from the news today that one contract employee with a security clearance has been identifed as a "leaker".
