I am glad to hear these ILLEGALS and their supporters are going to MOBILIZE - hopefully that means they will gather in groups where our ICE and Border agents can more easily round them up - arrest them - charge them with a multiple of criminal violations and then sort them out by who are here legally .. (charge with the terms under 8 USC Section 1324a states: "Any person who knowingly hires/harbors/transports any illegal alien is guilty of a felony punishable by 10 years jail + $2000 fine per illegal alien + forfeiture of the vehicle or property used to commit the crime". )

Section 1324c states, "All officers whose duty it is to enforce criminal laws shall have authority to make arrests for a violation of any provision of this section" (affirmed US v Perez-Gonzalez 2002 Fed App 0360, 6th Circ.).

Section 1644, same title states, "No local ordinance, rule, or measure shall stop law enforcement officers from enforcement of this section" (affirmed Southern District Court of NY, US v Rudy Guiliani,1996).

Then, those who are here ILLEGALLY can be charged with every law there is for being here ILLEGALLY and held in an open to the air jail camp awaiting deportation. No more years fo waiting for a trial - these ILLEGALS are GUILTY by their mere presence on American soil without the legal papers to let them be here.

When I was raising my kids they understood they were told something ONCE and only once. If they ignored that rule they immediately received the punishment. They were not told, "If you do THAT again you will get (punishment)" - I told them ONE TIME and after that the punishment was administered. That is what is wrong here in America - the criminal violators are told over and over the same thing and never punished.
Every single ILLEGAL KNOWS what the rules and laws are - they have NO excuse for violating other than their criminal intent.
Those who are Visa overstays KNOW they are in violation - they can't plead innocence or ignorance and any attorney who represents them is guilty of 8USC 1324a and must be held under that charge.

If we are going to save this nation then we MUST immediately purge the promoters of the invasion (Democrats and RINO's) - purge them and give them a choice of changing their willful violation of the LAW or spending the rest of their lives in some miserable prison.
We may never get another chance to save this land that we think is ours - what the Founding Fathers created for us and many of us have fought hard to protect while fighting those who have obtained public office and done all they can to undermine the Constitution via the corrupted courts and political offices.

This all began way back (like humanity began in the Garden of Eden and then the poisoned fruit appeared and sin began). The indoctrination of our citizens began in the public schools and then media joined in and the lies and false teachings and perversion of what was written suddenly became *fact and the new truth*.

This is all part and parcel of the Spiritual War this entire world is involved in. Each of us has the responsibility to study and to live according to the Word of God. I pray over all of you on this list and those who read it as a forward or on a web page. On Judgement Day I don't want any of you to hear this said to you: "And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Matt 7:23)
