I understand the wording but my question is where is it in the Constitution that grants *RIGHTS* that are for Americans to be used by those who are NOT Americans?
The Constitution is for Americans - as I understand it - not for protection of those who are here ILLEGALLY.

That is the key to this issue, IMHO. NO FOREIGN ILLEGAL has ANY RIGHTS that are granted for Americans on American soil. Americans do not get any *RIGHTS in Mexico or any other nation if they commit a crime while in that nation. Why do we grant foreign ILLEGALS any *Rights* when they commit a crime here and WHY do we pay for interpreters for those foreigners. If they are going to ILLEGALLY enter America then they can either speak English or they can pay for an interpreter. I have family members in law enforcement and they all had to carry cards in many languages if they made a traffic stop and the person couldn't speak English. What a bunch of CRAP! Why are foreigners allowed to drive here if they can't have at least a minimal understanding of English??? Where is that *Right* in the Constitution? America has allowed SCOTUS and all those BAR ASSOCIATION members to rewrite our Constitution - ignoring what the Founders set forth.

The ENEMY WITHIN has almost destroyed this nation. I am not surprised at any of this as it all has been foretold in Scripture.
