Jackie, I agree 100 per cent, illegal aliens should not have rights above U.S. Citizens. All of us
in the USBP have seen the policies up close and personal regarding the give-away of this nation beginning with the 1986 IRCA Fraud filled Amnesty to closing of Interior USBP stations, ending farm and industry employment checks to city patrol in sanctuary cities. In 1973, my first encounter as part of a Texas Industry immigration check as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent opened my eyes on why health screening is necessary for legal immigrants and why illegal aliens with communicable diseases are excluded from entry. At Jimmy Dean's Sausage Plant in Lubbuck, Texas we found and arrested 11 illegal aliens , 8 with active T.B. all working the meat packing line.
The Texas Department of Health officially shut down the operation and our four man team had to be screened along with the EWIs for exposure to T.B. That was only the beginning of health concerns with illegal aliens in resturants, and food processing industries.
Because most illegal aliens stick to themselves -- even if they have been in the United States on and off for decades -- they usually have absolutely no real concept of America or even knowledge of the city in which they live. They are not interested in the United States. They have a family back home and they are here only to make money to send home. Mentally they are operating under the laws and rules of their home country even though they are here and have been here for decades. Driving without a drivers license or running from a traffic accident or petty theft are usually all normal activities in their home country.
Multi-thousands of illegals from many foreign nations also enter illegally for Nanny State entitlements... welfare, food stamps , education to medical care, benefits that should be for U.S. Citizens and legal immigrants. Most people do not realize that strict exclusion regulations are enforced under the I.N.A. which bars legal entry of foreign nationals who are criminals, subversives,terrorists, mentally unstable to people with dangerous communicable diseases. Illegal aliens who enter without inspection are not subject to health certification or backgroud checks . Through three decades of border and interior enforcement, I've lost count of the number of wanted criminals from other nations that we arrested who entered illegally with the intent to continue acts of violence.
Memorable cases include America's Most Wanted Serial Killer, Hector Fragoso Burgueno, a Mexican illegal alien who was an enforcer, mass murderer for the A.P. Drug Cartel . 23 tortured cadavers were found in a well at his Agua Prieta Sonora ranch by Mexican Federales in 1989. 100 additional bodies were also linked to Burgueno. On 4/19/89 our USBP Anti-smuggling Unit recieved word from a confidential source that Burgueno was hiding at Three Points near Tucson. Along with several Pima County deputies we arrested Burgueno for violation of 8 USC 1325 illegal entry U.S. and Miranda rights were given in Spanish. During standard interview ,and completing the I-213 arrest form for deportable alien , Mexican Federalies were advised and took custody of Buergueno at the Nogales Port of Entry. The same year we also arrested a mentally deranged Mexican serial Killer/ Cannibal wanted for numerous homicides in Sonora. This excludable alien not only killed without remorse, he harvested and consummed the flesh of his victims. He was arrested during a struggle with our agent , subdued and returned to Mexico and awaiting Federalies. He was killed during an attack on Policia in Nogales, Sonora.
A major source of aggravation to all who have enforced Immigration laws of the United States is apathy in D.C. regarding criminal illegal aliens in this county. Obama and his minions have created a catch and release policy regarding illegal aliens convicted of crimes which is a danger to all Americans. Currently over 820,000 criminal illegal aliens are at large throughout our nation, courtesy of Obama. I want to see under President Elect Trump all 820,000 criminals arrested and formally deported, not voluntarily returned Vrd, catch and release nonsense. Re-entry after Deporation is a felony under 8 USC 1326 with prison sentence. All Immigration laws should be enforced to the letter. It would be nearly impossible to deport all illegals embedded in this nation but we could cut off entitlements and enforce again employment restrictions which worked quite well in the 70s and 80's when we controlled both borders and the interior cities by strict law enforcement. Thanks Jackie, as always for stating the concerns the majority of Americans feel regarding our borders.
