Subject: what are the rules for Federal Judges as to TERM limits and How to remove Soros

I have a couple of questions that I just don't know the answer to nor the time to do the research so hoping some of you may know and help me out.

#1 - Soros ... Is there some law he has seriously violated with his financially supporting the rioting etc?

#2 - The lower court federal judges. Are they to be replaced with a new administration or are they in office for life? What does it take to replace them? Are they appointed by the President and then a new President can replace them with his choice???? Or do they get their positions in another manner?

I am sure many others are wondering as well.
