The scary thing is, is that if this problem gets worse, it will affect other nations as well, including North America.
This is my solution, it might be a little different from John Bulls.
1. We enforce strict rules on infant mortality rates accross the world to third world countries. This way, less people will feel the need to have to support "Large families".
2. We refurnish as many resources as possible. Eg. plant trees, cleaner ways of using energy such as geomining (getting energy from the earth rather then fossil fuels) artificial fisheries, wild life preservation etc.
This way, the earths human population will go down. Plus, we can still save the white race from being wiped out by inter racial breeding.
What do you all say?
