When he sat down, she tossed the stick for the dog again and then shifted off of the swing to settle herself down on the grass with him. Sideways between his legs, her knees bent and she rested back on her hands, head tipped to the side a little so she could see him. "How was work, love?"

A smile played on his lips as he pressed a kiss to her lips, lingering there for a long moment before he pulled back. "It was good..." He enjoyed his job, it paid good money and he liked being able to support them and help out his friends.
