Subject: Her fingers slipped around to knead gently at the base of his neck, her eyes tightly shut and her lips warm and willing on his. Her lips parted softly and she breathed a quiet sigh, lost easily in the moment. With him, everything felt so new, so fresh and untainted. It was totally as if that other part of her life was non-existent and all that mattered was him, and her, and this moment. He made her feel special, and cared about, and pretty, and that was all that she needed.

He continued the kiss for as long as he could before he realized they both needed to breathe. Breaking away, he tucked his face into her neck, closing his eyes and trying to calm his racing heart.
