Subject: He was at a complete loss with this. he wasn't a parent, he didn't know how to handle anything like this. It was confusing and frustrating. He wanted to yell at her for sneaking out but he felt terriable that she was so unhappy. It was a lose lose situation and he felt like he was screwed either way. "Hey."
