She shook her head, coughing back a soft sob "I'm not gonna stop seeing him... you can do whatever you want." She turned back to Joey... it was useless talking to Jason when he was like this. "Why wont you just give him a chance? You're always saying how these kids need a chance- why wont you give him one? I'm sorry I was so late and I'm sorry I made you worry about me... but it was my fault- not his... he'd done nothing but be nice to me." >>

Jason exhaled impatiently as she tried his patience. If she was going to live here with them then she had to go by their rules, she was underage and under their gaurdianship. He didn;t like being the bad guy either but it had to be said and if Joey wouldn;t say it it was left to him. And it came pretty easy when he was in a temper. Lacey could be so Naive. He believed that they hadn;t been doing anything but it was only a matter of time.
