He could have just gone and got Jason, he supposed, instead of yelling for him in the middle of the night but he was afraid Lacey would have bolted when he left. Everyone else was probably back asleep by now, it was just them up in the house now.

She nestled closer to him, untucking her legs and resting them in his lap as her fingers danced ofer the back of his neck affectionately... it was suprising how caring she could be in private. "It doesn;t matter.... warm me up." It was pretty cold down here so early in the morning and they didn;t really have any heating to speak of- not yet at least.
