Subject: "Joey was yellin' all night, surprised you didn't hear him." She had answered his questions without words, everyone in the house had woken up to his best friends loud voice. He watched her for a second before he tipped his head. "I got an idea, pet, how 'bout you go on upstairs and take a nap, wake up in a bit, shower and then me and you will hit the city? Take in the sights during the day and all that." He would take her out to the mall, he could afford to spoil her for the day and what girl didn't like a shopping trip and dinner?

  • Her head tipped back a little at that suggestion and then her brows furrowed a little - as if she almost couldn't comprehend that thought. Sliding off the counter, she raised her glass to her lips and then set it back down, mustering a smile. "You wanna?"
