  • "I haven't been hiding away." She stated with more conviction then she really felt. She was begining to hate being the 'baby' around here, the one everyone felt had to be looked after. She especially hated being the baby to Rio, she wanted to be a woman in his eyes but that was never going to happen if she kept running to him everytime one of the demons that haunted her rose up and struck out. "He hasn't said anything that any normal girl wouldn't appreciate." But she was no normal girl, as much as she tried to pass herself off as on, and they both knew that.
