 A Sr. during the fall of ’62 Cuban Missile Crisis, the classroom “duck & cover” and the hallway “face the locker” air-raid drills were augmented by a “pack everyone into the boys & girls locker room” regimen.

During one such exercise I rhetorically asked if “anyone knew any good hymns?” Unfortunately Dr. D’Ascoli was standing right behind me, grabbed me by the scruff of the neck and ushered me out the door—presumably in the direction of Ground Zero..
