Frankenstein's Monster is my favorite, particularly as portrayed by Boris Karloff in the first three films of the Universal series.

Dracula would be a close number two, principally as portrayed by Bela Lugosi, but also later interesting interpretations from Lon Chaney Jr and John Carradine.

The Wolfman gets third place, and who else could be a true Universal Wolfman but the great Lon Chaney Jr!

Honorable mention goes to The Invisible Man (if he is indeed a monster), Imhotep and Dracula's Daughter.

The Frankenstein Monster, portrayed by Boris Karloff is also my favorite monster.

Next would be The Wolf Man, with Lon Chaney Jr.

Third is Dracula, portrayed by Bela Lugosi

Fourth place would be Kharis, the Mummy.

I like Im Ho Tep too, but I always prefered the Kharis films

I'll also include The Invisible Man, with Claude Rains first, then Vincent Price.

And despite the low budgets I'll add Paula the Ape Woman, with Acquanetta.
