The Frankenstein Monster, portrayed by Boris Karloff is also my favorite monster.

Next would be The Wolf Man, with Lon Chaney Jr.

Third is Dracula, portrayed by Bela Lugosi

Fourth place would be Kharis, the Mummy.

I like Im Ho Tep too, but I always prefered the Kharis films

I'll also include The Invisible Man, with Claude Rains first, then Vincent Price.

And despite the low budgets I'll add Paula the Ape Woman, with Acquanetta.
