The shrouded Countess Zaleska arrives at the police station and steals Dracula's body, then conducts a somber ceremony in the foggy night.

An emotional Countess playing the piano, longing for the light of a normal life, while her servant Sandor beckons her back to the darkness.

A vulnerable young model "poses" as Countess Zaleska looks on with lustful hunger. The most famous scene in the film, and one suggesting erotic overtones.

After kidnapping Janet Blake, the Countess is confronted by Garth in the Chelsea studio. It is then that she tells him "I am Dracula's Daughter".

The final sequence at Dracula's castle in Transylvania. To save Janet, Garth agrees to stay with Dracula's Daughter.

Nothing much to add. Tim covered the same scenes I would have picked.

The only other scene I can think of right now would be the opening of the movie when the two constables discover Renfield's dead body, and then arrest Van Helsing.
