My favorite moment in BoF is also the monster's encounter with the blind hermit.

And I'll add the opening of the film.

The monster escaping from the jail.

Monster meeting Dr Praetorious in the crypt.

The climax when the bride comes to life, then rejects the monster.

Of all the horror movies, this ranks #1 with me, for many reasons...including those mentioned earlier. (For me, overall, a close second is the much later Mary Shelley's Frankenstein with Robt. DeNiro as the monster.) But Bride, wow! We were offered up brilliant music, Tesla like sparking machinery, kites, thumping heart sound, A-1 photography with superb shadow, angle shots, a building story leading to a dazzling peak, a great part by Elsa Lanchester as the Bride, super Karloff performance of course....yes, maybe I'm getting carried away, but I think this is truly one of the greats. And, yes, as padder and Tim indicates, the blind hermit's scene is classic/brilliant. (A truly hilarious version of this scene can be found in Mel Brooks Frankenstein. The late Peter Boyle is more than humorous, especially in that scene.) Bride though was a movie ahead of its time, and sets, music, photographic methods were likely drawn from this classic movie in subsequent offerings.
