Yes, the scene in the blind hermit's cottage is a classic that engenders both humor and pathos.

It's also fun to see a young John Carradine as one of the hunters who arrives at the cottage and "rescues" the old hermit from the monster.

My favorite moment in BoF is also the monster's encounter with the blind hermit.

And I'll add the opening of the film.

The monster escaping from the jail.

Monster meeting Dr Praetorious in the crypt.

The climax when the bride comes to life, then rejects the monster.
