I am trying to find something to take that will curb my appetite and give me a little energy. I took phen-fen years ago and it worked great but of course we now know it was bad for us to take. I have tried the Hoodia stuff but can't really tell if it helps. My 20 year high school reunion will be next year and I wanted to start slowly with trying to lose about 50 pounds. What do you think?
