Kellie,

I listened to you guys when you were on in OKC for a short period - it was the BEST morning show I have ever heard! In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I kept up by reading the daily synopsis that one of the interns used to post. I still check the website daily and always read your blog but I have never felt so compelled to write - until I read the very nasty and hateful post by Leah McNair.

Like you I am a new Mommy - two weeks ago my daughter turned the big 1. I can share with you all the anxieties and doubt that come along with being a new Mom - I think it's normal, you love your daughter so you are concerned about doing the very best for her and then you get a post like that... Don't listen to that person and don't doubt that your baby girl is on track. My daughter was fast at some things and very slow at other things- each child develops differently and at their own pace. But most importantly - THEIR DEVELOPMENT IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THE LOVE THEY RECEIVE. It's obvious that you love your daughter - and really that is the only thing that matters.
