God I remember the beginning of my LP career back in 1980. Hand cuffing a lifter was policy. You could be fired for not cuffing a shoplifter except for juveniles and senior citizens. There was no restitution! No civil demand. EVERYONE WENT TO JAIL! and eventually to court. But as the saying goes; "All good things must come to an end."

P.S. I think I recognize some Marshalls or Maxx lingo in that last post?
