...but I'll give it to you anyway: Call 'em up and thank them; they're saving you from yourself. They've set you free! Think of all the time you'll now have to do something productive instead of sitting transfixed, staring at cathode ray tube (or some reasonable facsimile). Television is the scourge of modern society.
