Before you jump into spending on a coach, you should get the attire and photo's first. You can teach a routine to a 3 year old practice everyday or if you have the money spend it on a weekend class have it taped and she can practice from that.
When attending a national you need to have a total package child, granted you want it to be fun, but you also want to be some sort of competion towards the other girls. If I could suggest, try to buy a dress with all or mostly to all rhinestones, you can go to consignment board's and find one or call some designer's, some have good/resonable prices some even have payment plans. (if you go to a designer, make sure you order NOW, don't wait and expect one in two -3 week's, it just don't happen)
Sportswear, you need one that it glitzy too, don't be fooled into buying something outdated, once again try to find one mostly to all rhinestones, or have one custom made. Usually designer's give a discount to you if you buy two or more items at the same time.
casual wear and fitness wear, school wear or whatever else can be bought at your local mall (but at nationals I would have the casual wear cutom made)
OK well I have ran down the list I hope this helps

I completely agree - do not spend money on a coach if you don't have the attire! The attire and pics are much more important! They are going to be looking for the "overall package"As for the casual wear - I think that there are way too many great stores that carry casual wear that have the custom made look to them you just have to be creative when you are shopping. I have never had a custom made casual wear and we have always won state and national level (in the south. Go the the consignment boards there are soo many good ones out there email me and I will tell you where I have had the most luck!! That way you don't have to pay outrageous amounts especially because you are going to be getting the whole waredrobe out once! Good luck!!!
