In the mid atlantic/ northeast, ribbon chokers are in big time. The chokers are tied in a bow to the side of the neck.

Thanks for responding. We are in the Midwest. I want to be up to date, but am concerened that the judges would'nt know why I put a ribbon on her neck if you know what I mean. Or do you think it is well known enough that they would get it. Also, do you think an off the shoulder dress would be complemented by a ribbon choker? Thanks for your time.
