Very true. A major part is "tolerance," and I find myself giving in sometimes. My assistant at work is about to quit over the negro situation in the computer lab if I don't do something about it. The truth is, I was advised by "the powers that be" to make concessions for the Black population because if we don't, they will pull a race card and whether it's true or not, it will be investigated and could have disastrous repercussions. Basically, they told me to handle it the way I see fit, but when the shit hits the fan, I'm the one taking full responsibility.
