Don't worry about that, since you have no plans on taking steroids. The male body has over ten times the testosterone of the female body. And even then, you see lots of men that are skinny yet busting their asses for years to get big, with no luck. So don't worry, you have nothing to worry about. Don't be afraid to do normal weight exercises (but of course with lighter poundages than I use). Jen and Adriana lift serious weights and neither look like roid-heads.
