Which is it Brenda, Martha or Marsha? I'll have to hand it to you though, Oldie. For as many characters as you create, you don't often get the names mixed up.

Today, I took Brandi, my lead person in HR, and Marsha, my lead person in marketing, to lunch. We discussed business and all. Martha is 48 and been with company 29 years. She started as a telephone order clerk. I never even knew she was once a smoker. She said when they no longer allowed smoking at the desks, which was about 8 years ago, she gave it up. Shortly after I got here, they added a bathroom near the smoking area. Before that, you sort of had a choice of smoking or going to the restroom. Martha said that was her excuse for quitting but now she is glad she quit. She said she took up cigarettes at 16 and no one cared if she bought or smoked them. Like me, Brandi smokes. Martha said to go ahead when we asked if she minded.
