Cathy, I'm 25. Jeff is 28. It was great. Thanks for the idea.
He came over last night. He had no idea what I was up to. Excuse me Cathy but I told him I thought this up. I lit a Backwoods cigar. I bought the Sweet & Aromatic variety, especially for this event. It was a one cigar trip around the house, culninating in bed. I puffed some and flicked in 4 ashtrays alone the way.
We were a connected couple. Jeff is ready to do this again. I will not tell my parents or his about this. I think if they want to try this, they would enjoy. An adult kid telling parents around 50 this trick sounds too far out.
I think I will have one of these Sweet & Aromatic Backwoods, which are desribed as "a mildly sweet taste and pleasant aroma achieved by combining selected filler tobaccos and a 12-month aged Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper."
That was my first and I was not smoking the cigar for taste or flavor. I wonder what Jeff will think of me smoking a cigar which was so symbolic for a good time while our moms smoke them.
It will be almost an inside joke.
My mother smokes a pack a day of Marlboro Lights. His mother does not smoke where they live but as soon as they leave, she had a pack of VS 120s, ready to be emptied.
