HS was too darkly tanned and never smiled...I think they did a poor job of judging...not that the little HS is cute..she is..but I felt like it should have went to someone who smiled more. JS took some Overalls not sure if she placed in the category or not. I think they looked over some that should have placed. -- PAGEANT HAPPENINGS!!
