Justin-This is not the CBS-FM of 1985 etc. when you heard a lot of 50's music. If you are looking for CBS-FM to sound like it did in 1985, unfortunatly it is not going to happen. I would prefer an Oldies station playing the music of the 50's, 60's and 70's. The station has deleted 50's music and replaced it with 80's music because they are trying to attract the younger audience which Madison Avenue wants. CBS-FM deleted most pre 1964 music 2 years before they flipped to Jack with exception of Norm N. Nite's Sunday Night HOF Show which featured pre 1964 music. I think this is the best we can hope for with the new CBS-FM. Another suggestion I have is to put the pre 1964 music on HD Radio like WBIG-FM in Washington does. WBIG-FM has Classic Hits on their regular FM Station like CBS-FM does. I subscribe to Sirius and XM as well and I listen to pre-1964 music on that. There are very few major market stations that play pre 1964 music right now. Overall I think the station is much better than it was when it flipped to Jack on 6/3/05. I think all of us should be thankful that we got CBS-FM back even though they are not playing pre 1964 music with exception of a few songs.
