Steve, you must surely know that 12+ numbers mean very little because sales and revenue are generated by demographics.

Other markets may be large, but they also aren't NY -- Philadelphia has a country station at #8 overall and Detroit has one at #4 overall. NY has no country radio. Every situation is different.

In NY, the #17 overall station (WFAN, with a modest 2.2 share) outbills -- by a wide margin -- a lot of the stations it trails in the 12+ ratings.
