Hiya Steve,

Don't remember the call letters but do remember scanning the dial at Long Beach in the summer time listening to many Long Island radio stations probably WGBB, WNYG, WLNG on 1600! As I recall they had a refreshing professional sounding station similar to WABC back in the early 1970s maybe even in the late 60s too.
