Ryssa was Apollo's mistress,she was killed at age 27 on the orders of the atlantean queen,b/c she was enraged that Apollo had two-timed her and fathered a child w/his mistress,Ryssa,who I assume was Ash's sister(nothing concrete on THAT) the greeks & atlantean's were at war w/each other,so the mistress was given to apollo in hopes of turning him to their side.The apollites are cursed b/c it was them who killed Ryssa."Thrylos",the first 7 pages of KOTN,is where I got this.Hope it makes sense. -- RBL Dark Hunter Board
