Subject: Sure, I'm supposed to head off this AM to the cold wilds to see Santa and I can't help my addiction..had to log on one more time before I'm dragged outta here. I CAN Answer THIS quesiton!! Woohoo..I just learned how last week..trial and error..LOTS of error. I'll share. bold is: Oh, I don't want to take up the board..see enclosed message......

Okey Dokey..class in session....

the symbol < then b (for bold) or i (for italics) then the symbol > , write the words you want in the middle, then "close the tag" as it is called, at the end of the word/phrase etc. type the symbol < then the symbol / again type the b or the i , and the symbol > .

That should do it fine. For months I"d been struggling with the "tag not closed" error message and it was driving me BATTY....so if I can save someone some headbanging on the keyboard, I'm happy to.
A few people tried to clue me in, but I couldn't follow their directions...they wrote like they probably talked...fast. I hope I broke it down in a user friendly way. I won't know until I come back and read the boards...but Good luck and have a great weekend!!!
