Subject: That's an interesting point, Leiha. Here we are going on about evrything NOT related to the H/H of this book! I agree that I am more interested and enjoy DH featured books than the others. Her earliest books are still my favorites in the series (Kyrian, Talon). I almost feel like it's become SO complicated in its own mythology that in some cases the H/H take a bit of a back seat. This book was the most like that for me. I did enjoy DSOTM and Wren's story, because it allowed the mythology and the love story coexist with equal weight, heloing us learn more about the Were's & the mythology while learning about the H/H and seeing their feeling grow. In DREAM HUNTER, I do feel like the mythology overpowered the love story.

[> I just finished and like Leiha says, my attention was not at all riveted to the H/H of this book but all the secondary characters and their background. The conflict was a good one i must admit, but the sacrifice of our hero was in my opinion a bit predictable. I enjoy the relationship between hades and persephone. That was really cute. Once again i think this book was more background information for Acheron's book. We now know where Atlantis is. Tory will not just let it go. What a great premise for Acheron to meet his heroine. I also loved the hidden message about the river Acheron. I can't wait for Ash's book -- NallyNally, 13:06:13 02/17/07 Sat [1]
