i just want to ride hills, im not bothered if there are points, i just want to ride hills, the reason stand-up riders have been going to gurston is because it is a hill. Cant things just have a line drawn underneath them and put onto an even keel, if Chris and Ian cant get on, well we wont leave them in a room unattended (well at least without pointy sticks!), but i dont mind being a go between as i get on ok with both of them,
as far as sponsors go, there are large companies with big marketing budgets available (guiness, mars, etc), does anyone know anybody involved with marketing for a company as they are the people who we are aiming for. I have a couple of leads for potential event sponsors but could do with some background event info and ballpark figures for them, its important that we sort out sponsors at this will mean that no-one should have to dip in their own pockets to subsidise it as has happened previously. As everyone is scattered all over the place, would it be possible to have a on-line meeting, this would get more people involved. And oh yeah smile everyone, we do this for fun!
