I just realised that They've changed the website for the race.
For some reason the official page was only in swedish and i had to email them and ask for an english one. They made one, but it's not very easy to find, so i thought i'd give you a couple of hints. Anyway, go to http://www.aventyrsfestival.se/ which is all in swedish. But don't despair, click on the "Scandinavian Downhill Championship 2004!" link on your left. Then you get to the race-site in swedish. Now press "Streetluge in English" and you'll get to the english site where you can sign up n stuff. Hopefully there'll be more info on this site soon cos it's quite scarce at the moment. However, i found out that it's only gonna be 450swedish kronor (about £30) for the race which is, as that ol' criminal says, cheap as chips.
