BGSA accounts will be available at the end of the year and can be viewed at the AGM. The BGSA has its own bank account that memebership fees are paid into along with any others monies raised. No minutes are available for the Traws weekend as it was just informal discussions. There are some minutes from the meeting in October, available to members by request. The Committee needs to be up dated as some members now live abroad so we need some new members. The Committee at the moment consists of- Chris Beard - Chairman John Bates - Treasurer/Membership Pete Elliot - Secretary ?? Between 5 and 7 committee members are required so if anyone feels upto the task put your nominations forward.(You must be a paid up member). We need to have one stand up committee member.
