Hi Dudes,

my stock gravity bike has sustained some minor cosmetic damage, but not as severe as Graham Whitehouse's face, which met the floor coming the other way at around 35mph on Sunday. Memmory loss, a visit to A&E & stitches was the net result. He's well on the mend, going MTB'ing tommorrow.....From my position as 'Chase car' driver, it seemed a speed wobble(starting at aroung 45mph) got the better of him.....

We were trying out a new hill near Shaftsbury (wearing only mountain bike pads & helmets, Doh!!!) Joel also stacked cos he hadn't tightened his trucks sufficiently since Traws. Fortunately he was wearing full gear of leathers and full face lid and didn't do himself any mischief. We've since concluded that we'll only run hills that you stand a fighting chance of crashing & not visiting A&E!! Oh yeah, and we'll always take the time to put our leathers and motorcycle helmets on....

Not sure what people feel about Chris's post this morning, but I for one am still keen to go forward with the BGSA. Keep talking to each other & I'm sure we can sort something out.....

Cheers, Ian.
