You could buy some aircraft quality alumnium box section or channel, or employ someone to make one out of steel tubing and laser cut some plates to attach the trucks, or you could get down B&Q and buy some plywood. I kid you not, this years new inovative design shown at the Aviemore event was a design by Darren Lott made out of ply. Check out the doctordanger.com site for photos. It uses a new design of the Z-roller truck and 4 wheels (Kryptonic 85 mm) per truck. Chris beard, who runs this site and organises the Aviemore event sells wheels & trucks. The new trucks may have to be bought from the USA - see the landluge.com site. The new Z-roller trucks are not the ones shown on the site. Alternatively, you could go the alumnium box section way and use Randall trucks - 2 up front and one rear, with Cherry bomb wheels etc - available from Chis. You will also need leathers, gloves (see Chris), helmet (Chris) and shoes with the soles coverred with pieces cut from car tyres and glued with contact adhesive. Car tyres available free from local tyre dealer - they have to pay to dispose of them. Bearings - don't be too fussy to start - 80p from local skate shop should do initially. Check out various sites for designs also, but there was a lot of interest in the woodys at Aviemore this year, even some of the girls looked keen.
