Absolutely the positive thinking hthat gets things done. well, apart fromt he actual organising, which is soemewhat timeconsuming, from what I'm told, but not impossible, as Chris has demonstrated :-)

As Chris has demonstrated, the only wa to get things done in this posrt is to do them yourself. You can also try to get peopel to help you, but don't completely count on it as it deosnt' generate enougt money (yet.. hmm) for peopel to drop all other things to make sure they fulfil their commitments. But that's a matter of manageing delegation :-)

Don't let our laziness get you down..
John Warburton (a stand up) reclkons he has found a hill in Cornwall. Chris will has his number, as he's been to Scotland, and I@m sure some others do too, perhaps Tommy?

Derek (hi, hope we meet sometime) has been suggesting great things for ages, so I hope someting comes of it.

Chalky and Andy in N York Moors have lots of hills, and great hospitality, tho you're a little way from them. But there mist be some Somerset / Devon hills which are accessible for most people, including our standups, who seem mostly to live in Cornwall!

There are a few slightly-doable roads near where I hail from in the hills near Preston too, and I@m sure some pennine-scouring could yield more.

Fort William in Scotland has been mentioned, and I've seen the road, and it's not too bad, though only wide enought at the top for two abreast max.

good luck, don't stop trying!

richard
