Dear Witness,

First, let it be known that I do not agree with the spirit in which you have posted here. What I read sounds as if it is coming from a place of anger and spite, planted by man's views and not God's. I have heard of accounts from both sides of the table, against and for President Bush. If he is as you say, his fate is sealed. If he is innocent of the accusations you state, then those who have spread falsehoods about him will one day be judged for those lies, unless they repent before their death or Christ comes, which ever comes first.

But I do plead the blood of the Lamb over this site and ask for great wisdom and understanding for the days ahead knowing I nor anyone else can walk in total truth unless we have the Holy Spirit guide us. Each one of us needs to check the condition of our own heart before God for that is what He is looking at, our hearts. We each must make sure that we are following that which is from Him and found in alignment with His Word. God's promises to Israel stand today. There are many prayers going up, praying for the peace of Jerusalem and the eyes of the people to be opened up to know their Messiah being Christ Jesus. This is in line with God's will and His Word. This will come to pass for God is not a man that He should lie. Glory to God!!! If He will not keep His promise to them, how can we believe He would keep it with us who is grafted in?

We know from Scripture that the day of judgment is coming. How exactly it will see it's way here, we are not 100% exact on that. When it is going to come, we can not predict the exact day or hour. Jesus said in Matthew 24:36: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but My Father only." But it will surely come. Thus we must preach the Gospel while there is still time for all man's destination is either heaven or hell. Since Jesus came to save the lost, that must be our focus, as well as building our relationship with our coming King and our heavenly Father which sent Him. And, yes, we bring warning as the Holy Spirit leads. But let us be sure it is the Holy Spirit leading us and not the voice of another man's views.

As for America being Babylon? If it is so, then we must repent and pray for this land. God would that no man would perish. That is His heart's desire. Should it not be our own as well? There is much good coming out of America and I do not believe it is too late for her to turn back to God as she should. Call me foolish, call me naive. Sometimes I feel that way that but I am glad I don't have to count on my own strength to save this land or even myself. Thank You, Lord!!! Rather than condemning America let us get busy praying for her, for her people, for the people of all nations because God loves the people but hates the sin that abides there.

You said that "Saddam managed to keep the Sunni and shites in line,and not one bomb was used in Iraq until the antichrist's forces turned up." Remember the antichrist will also bring in what appears to be peace, but at what price? Have we forgotten the graves that were found in Iraq where bodies were piled one atop another? Mass graves of innocent people. A false peace is not what we are looking for. Only the Prince of Peace can bring true peace.
And it is in Him that we place our trust, not a nation nor a government.

Let us all be aware that one day God's judgment will fall. One day our Lord Jesus will come back and will we be found doing our Master's business, walking in the fruit of the Spirit which verifies we are His, or will we be doing the things of this world? Whether judgment comes today, tomorrow or a 100 years from now, each day should find us striving to draw closer to Him in fellowship and character, which will equip us to do that which He has called us to do.
