Someone paid me a compliment today by saying how nice it was to be greeted on the front desk by someone who was always pleasant and welcoming and didn't intimidate them

now if it had been YESTERDAY, that would have been a whole new kettle of fish ;-)

I've never suffered from them myself, my son used to get them regularly when he was younger they made him thoroughly miserable, fingers crossed he doesn't seem to get them anymore.
