Although oddly, I'd be hard pushed to name a programme I could live with out. Nevertheless, we watch the following:

Dexter - this is really good actually, probably the only show where I have no idea what is going to happen. I agree about what you say about the character tho, but part of me thinks that this is the point. He achieves normality by acting it. But then the good aspect of the first season was to highlight everyone's lack of normality.

True Blood - I like it a lot, but some elements, particularly the main relationship, really drive me mad
Heroes - far better than last season, but all pretense about writing characters to care about has been sacrificed for plot

Pushing Daisies - enjoying, but seems something is missing which I can't place my finger on

Ugly Betty - enjoying, and back to season 1 heights for guilty pleasure TV

Fringe - hate it in every way possible. I love(d) Alias and Lost, but this takes all the worst elements and brings it into one show. It is a lazy, derivative boring hour which feels like two.

... somehow there's still something about that I find enjoyable. I suspect that as with all other JJ Abrams' shows that won't last.
